Privacy Policy

1. Who are we?

DuelBoard is an application developed and published by FurkSys (Furiks), an independent developer. For any privacy-related question, contact us at: contact@furksys.com.

2. Data collected

DuelBoard collects no personal data. The app does not access the internet and does not communicate with any external server.

The only data that exists is what you create locally:

• Game history: player names entered, life point changes, dice and coin rolls — stored only on your device in a local database.
• App settings: visual theme, game mode, starting LP, timer duration, language preference — stored locally.

This data never leaves your device, except via the Android backup described in section 4.

DuelBoard does not collect:

• Device, advertising, or other identifiers;
• Location data;
• Crash reports or error logs;
• Usage or analytics data;
• IP address or any network data.

3. Permissions used

DuelBoard requests only one system permission:

• VIBRATE — used only for haptic feedback (vibration during interface interactions). No data is collected via this permission.

4. Android Backup (Google Drive)

DuelBoard uses Android's automatic backup system. If you have enabled Google Backup on your device, the app's local data (game history, settings) may be backed up to your personal Google Drive account, in accordance with the Google privacy policy.

This backup is managed by Android and Google, not by FurkSys. You can disable it from your device's Android settings.

5. External link — Buy Me a Coffee

The app contains an optional link to buymeacoffee.com to support the developer. This link opens in your device's browser. No data is transmitted by DuelBoard during this action — browsing that third-party site is subject to its own privacy policy.

6. Data sharing

FurkSys does not sell, rent, or share any data from DuelBoard with third parties. No tracking, analytics, or advertising SDK is integrated into the app.

7. Data retention

Local data (history, settings) is kept on your device as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling deletes all this data. You can also clear the history directly from the app at any time.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — all your data is directly accessible within the app;
• Right to erasure — delete your data from the app or by uninstalling it;
• Right to object — no automated processing is performed on your data.

9. Changes to this policy

Any significant update to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For major changes affecting data practices, a notification may be displayed in the app.

10. Children's Privacy

DuelBoard is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no personal data whatsoever, there is no risk of collecting children's data through the app itself. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information, please contact us at contact@furksys.com and we will take appropriate action.
