Each application has its own privacy policy detailing exactly what data is collected, what permissions are used, and your rights.

General FurkSys Policy

1. Who are we?

FurkSys is the individual brand under which Furiks develops and publishes mobile apps. For any privacy-related question, contact us at: contact@furksys.com.

2. Scope

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications published under the FurkSys brand on the Google Play Store, as well as the website furksys.com. For data specific to an application, refer to that application's policy above.

3. Data collected

The exact nature of data collected depends on each application. In general, our apps may collect:

• Operational data: technical information necessary for the app to function (OS version, anonymized device identifier).
• Diagnostic data: anonymous crash reports and error logs, used solely to improve stability.
• User-entered data: only if the app has a feature that requires it. This data stays local on your device unless otherwise stated.

We do not collect: name, surname, phone number, precise location, contacts, or any sensitive data under GDPR, unless explicitly stated in the app's Play Store listing.

4. Purposes of processing

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Ensure the app functions correctly;
• Detect and fix bugs;
• Improve the user experience;
• Respond to support requests.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Technical third parties may be involved under the following conditions:

• Google Play Services: required for Android apps, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Crashlytics / analytics services: if an app uses such a service, it will be noted in the Play Store listing and in the app-specific policy.

6. Data retention

Local data is kept on your device as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling the app deletes local data. Anonymous diagnostic data is kept for a maximum of 12 months.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights over your personal data:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of the data about you;
• Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data;
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data;
• Right to object — object to certain processing;
• Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format.
